House of Tickets warrant that the BOCA and Microcom equipment manufactured and sold by us are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a specified period of time.
Parts damaged by negligence or misuse (bad ticket stock, improper operating conditions, etc.) are excluded from this warranty. Warranties for printers are 1 year from date of shipment. (Please note that the print head is a consumable part and is warranted for 90 days.) Spare parts carry a 90 day warranty.
All warranty work is to be performed by House of Tickets. Shipping charges to House of Tickets for repair are the customer’s responsibility. House of Tickets will pay for the equipment’s return via Road Express courier service.
House of Tickets stands behind everything we do. That is why we provide a lifetime print head replacement policy (at no charge) for printers that exclusively use House of Tickets thermal stock.
We will replace any print head that fails while exclusively using House of Tickets stock, if not caused by negligence. This applies to all 200dpi and 300dpi printers. (Please note that the worn print heads must be returned to House of Tickets within thirty days of replacement.
The customer will be invoiced for the full price of any print heads not returned within the allotted time.)
