Chairperson – Gate Committee
Camden Show Society (2001 – 2014)
House of Tickets has provided ticketing solutions to Camden Show Society for its annual agricultural show for a number of years. The ticketPad was used for the first time at this year’s Camden Show in April and performed exactly as expected – brilliantly. The live reporting functionality is particularly impressive. From a data analysis perspective, the ticketPad solution has provided Camden Show Society with the ability to understand show attendance like never before.
Data from the ticketPad’s will be used to assist with marketing, promotion and sponsorship, groundspace layout, security requirements, and other critical areas of planning for next year’s show. I recommend the ticketPad system from House of Tickets to any organisation looking for a user friendly, highly flexible leading edge solution to their ticketing requirements.”
Business Solutions Manager
The Ticket Group – including moshtix (2009 – 2014)
The Ticket Group – including moshtix, use House of Tickets as a preferred supplier for ticket stock, hardware, on site solutions and other ancillary items production such as lanyards, cards and wristbands. Under the preferred supplier arrangement, The Ticket Group, along with House of Tickets can provide a solution for any ticketing requirement.
As a trial customer of the ticketPad (iPad solution) we can report that this solution was efficient, reliable and impressive for both users and customers, with a host of reporting that makes reconciliation very easy. We are proud to be able to offer this solution to our existing clients as an additional ticketing feature to make the onsite aspect of their events easier to manage and further broaden the range of solutions that The Ticket Group can provide in their ticketing packages.
Bowral Tulip Time Festival
2014 is the third year that we have used ticketPad. Some of the main benefits in using ticketPad are speed, responsiveness and ease of use (user friendly). Also the benefit that was required this year was altering ticket pricing mid way through the two week festival – this was a simple alternation and was pushed to each ticketPad device real time.
