Kadok Press Pre-printed Tickets Online Order

HOW TO USE THIS ORDER FORM
1. All prices quoted are in AUD$ and include GST.
2. This page is a secure server page.
3. A proof will be emailed to you upon receipt of the order along with any comments.
4. The Customised-Preprinted Ticket Order Form contains mandatory fields and sections, which are highlighted in RED. These fields and sections must be filled out in order to complete the order.
5. The minimum amount of tickets that can be preprinted is 100 tickets.
6. Tickets will be dispatched within 48 hours upon receipt of an approval of proof and payment. This may also vary depending on the order's status and ticket quantity(>10 000 tickets).
7. If for any circumstances, problems are found with your order or payment, we will contact you on the details provided.
8. If you would rather fill out an Order Form and FAX to +61 4862 3936, download from here (adobe PDF, 115k) and print out.
