We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Brian Cummins Group as our onsite service partner for onsite Boca servicing.

Here is the best way to request support for your Boca thermal ticket printer:

1. Phone Support

For Boca printer service and/or support call 02 4862 3733 and press option 2.  If we cannot resolve your service request over the phone, we can schedule an onsite technician or organise for your printer to be returned to us for repair if required.  When you call, please have the model name and serial number available.

No charge for Phone Support.

2. Onsite Repairs/Service

If you would like to book our service technician for annual preventative maintenance, email service@houseoftickets.com.au with a suitable date and time and include a list of printers that require servicing.  If you are aware of any issues, please list these as well so our technician is prepared with any required parts.

3. Return to Base Repairs

Feel free to complete our online repair form.  Ensure you contact us first before sending your printer in for repair as we may be able to resolve your query over the phone or have our service technician visit to repair onsite.
